Garden State Soapstone is a small, family business, which began out of our commitment to use beautiful, natural and eco-friendly materials for the construction of our own home and the homes of our clients.  After installing soapstone counters in our home years ago, we recognized a growing market for alternatives to granite and synthetic materials, which require chemical sealants and are non eco-friendly.

As an engineer, custom home builder and licensed home inspector for over 26 years, Jay Tauber is experienced in every aspect of home building, renovations, engineering and client satisfaction.  Jay personally templates each project and is involved in the fabrication and installation of every project.   We take pride in top quality on every project and our business is based upon our commitment to customer satisfaction. 

Located in North Brunswick, NJ, we are within minutes of the NJ Turnpike and Route 130.  We are available weekdays and weekends by appointment at our fabrication shop and showroom.
